The rooms are to my liking and House Keeping makes it their business to ALWAYS offer clean rags, towels or a clean sweeping if needed! Although I often decline, the gesture is that much more Welcoming with the experience and my stay! The building is Smoke Free and in my opinion that is an extra plus not to walk into a hail of cigarette smoke just trying to get through the day or to your Room (I am a Smoker) but they are very chill with Guests smoking in whatever designated Smoking area almost forcing one in the best way possible to get Fresh Air. I enjoy the complimentary Breakfast offered in the Morning Hours (7am - 9am) and my Dog enjoys ALL of the attention he gets from either New Guests, House keeping, Maintenance (Eddy & Victor) or the Front Desk Staff. Rather it is something as simple as me needing an extra key for my room, a couple of waters to hold me until I make a run to the grocer (Rewards Member Perk) or asking a recommendation of what to do in the area, I am always helped with a patient demeanor, and smile. I am often greeted by name with an almost in-sync smile shortly after.

I have been staying at the Red Roof PLUS+ (Miami FL airport location) as a very frequent customer and have really enjoyed the experience and really developed a liking to the entire Staff from the Friendly Transport Drivers (Donny & Luis) that often greet me asking if I have been taken care of or rather it is the Front Desk Staff (Juan, Aida, Chaveli, Michele, Lazaro, Alex, Jadace) literally taking care of whatever catastrophe that I have going on during my stay.
